The present invention relates to a non-powered emergency escape apparatus which comprises: an edge housing (10) which is coupled to an emergency escape hole (H) formed on a ceiling slab (S1) of a building; a profile pillar (20) including a pillar body (21) of which an upper end is fixed on the inside of the edge housing (10) and a lower end is fixed on a floor slab (S2); an elevated and lowered evacuation unit (30) which is coupled to the profile pillar (20) to be elevated, and is elevated and lowered between the inside of the edge housing (10) and the floor slab (S2); a weight (40) which is installed to be elevated along the profile pillar (20); a winch drum (50) which is rotatably installed on an upper end of the pillar body (21), and has a large winch drum (51) with a great diameter and a small winch drum (52) with a small diameter wherein the large and small winch drums are integrated with each other; a first wire (60) which is wound on the large winch drum (51) in a clockwise direction, and of which a lower end is connected to the elevated and lowered evacuation unit (30); a second wire (70) which is wound on the small winch drum (52) in a counterclockwise direction, and of which a lower end is connected to the weight (40); a centrifugal brake (80) which is axially coupled to the winch drum (50) and has a greater braking force when the rotary speed of the winch drum (50) becomes higher; and a stopper (90) which locates and fixes the elevated and lowered evacuation unit (30) inside the edge housing (10), and releases the position fixing state by an operation of a refugee riding the elevated and lowered evacuation unit (30). The non-powered emergency escape apparatus can be easily maintained thanks to a structure which does not become out of order.

    본 발명은 무동력 비상탈출장치에 관한 것으로서, 건물의 천정슬래브(S1)에 형성되는 비상탈출홀(H)에 결합되는 테두리하우징(10)과; 상단이 테두리하우징(10) 내측에 고정되고 하단이 바닥슬래브(S2)에 고정되는 기둥몸체(21)를 가지는 프로파일기둥(20)과; 프로파일기둥(20)에 승강 가능하게 결합된 것으로서, 테두리하우징(10)의 내측과 바닥슬래브(S2) 사이에서 승강되는 승강대피부(30)와; 프로파일기둥(20)을 따라 승강 가능하게 설치되는 무게추(40)와; 기둥몸체(21)의 상단에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 것으로서, 큰 직경의 대윈치드럼(51) 및 작은 직경의 소윈치드럼(52)이 한몸체로 구성되는 윈치드럼(50)과; 대윈치드럼(51)에 시계 방향으로 감겨진 것으로서 하단이 상기 승강대피부(30)와 연결되는 제1와이어(60)와; 소윈치드럼(52)에 반시계 방향으로 감겨진 것으로서 하단이 상기 무게추(40)와 연결되는 제2와이어(70)와; 윈치드럼(50)과 축결합된 것으로서, 상기 윈치드럼(50)의 회전속도가 빨라질 때 브레이킹력이 커지는 원심브레이크(80)와; 승강대피부(30)를 테두리하우징(10) 내측에 위치 고정시키고 있다가, 승강대피부(30)에 탑승한 대피자의 조작에 의하여 위치 고정 상태를 해제하기 위한 스토퍼(90);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
