Provided is a micro-mobility sharing service system based on a user, who is authenticated by a license number of a vehicle, in a parking lot, to reduce loss risk of a micro-mobility device by clear user authentication. According to the present invention, the micro-mobility sharing service system placed in the parking lot to be operated based on information of the vehicle entering the parking lot comprises: an entering vehicle license number recognition system including a first camera capturing a license plate of an entering vehicle passing an entrance barrier of the parking lot and a number recognition module recognizing characters from an image captured by the first camera; a management server receiving and storing license number information of the entering vehicle recognized by the entering vehicle license number recognition system; a rental server receiving the entering vehicle license number information from the management server and transmitting available micro-mobility information to a user terminal of the entering vehicle based on the entering vehicle license number information; and a micro-mobility control unit enabling a user to select a first micro-mobility based on the received available micro-mobility information, transmitting the selected first micro-mobility information to the rental server, and receiving use right information from the rental server receiving the first micro-mobility information.

    주차장 내에서의 차량번호로부터 인증된 사용자에 기반한 마이크로모빌리티 공유 서비스 시스템이 제공된다. 마이크로모빌리티 공유 서비스 시스템은 주차장에 입차하는 차량의 정보에 기반하여 주차장 내에 위치하는 마이크로모빌리티 공유 서비스 시스템에 있어서, 주차장의 입차용 차단기를 통과하는 입차차량의 번호판을 촬영하기 위한 제 1카메라와 제 1카메라로부터 촬영된 영상 중 문자를 인식하는 번호인식모듈을 포함하는 입차 번호인식시스템, 입차 번호인식시스템으로부터 인식된 입차차량번호 정보를 수신받아 저장하는 관리서버, 관리서버로부터 입차차량번호 정보를 수신 받고, 입차차량번호 정보에 기반하여 사용가능한 마이크로모빌리티 정보를 입차차량의 사용자 단말에 송신하는 렌탈서버, 및 수신된 사용가능한 마이크로모빌리티 정보를 기반으로 사용자가 제 1마이크로모빌리티를 선택하고, 선택된 제 1마이크로모빌리티 정보를 렌탈서버에 송신하고, 제 1마이크로모빌리티 정보를 수신한 렌탈서버로부터 사용권한정보를 수신하는 마이크로모빌리티 제어부를 포함한다.
