모터(32)와 인버터(34)와 제1 축전 장치(36)와 승강압 컨버터(40)와 제1 콘덴서(46), 제2 콘덴서(48)와 DC-DC 컨버터(54)와 릴레이(SMR)를 구비하는 구동 장치에 있어서, 릴레이(SMR)를 오프로 하여 제1 콘덴서(46), 제2 콘덴서(48)의 전하를 방전시킬 때에는, DC-DC 컨버터(54)를 구동함과 함께 승강압 컨버터(40) 및 DC-DC 컨버터(54)의 합계 손실이 승강압 컨버터(40)의 손실의 최댓값보다도 커지도록 승강압 컨버터(40)의 목표 듀티비를 설정하여 승강압 컨버터(40)를 제어한다.

    In a drive unit including a motor (32), an inverter (34), a first electric storage device (36), a step up-down converter (40), a first capacitors (46) and a second capacitors (48), a DC-DC converter (54), and a relay (SMR), the DC-DC converter (54) is driven, while a target duty ratio of the step up-down converter (40) is set such that a total loss of the step up-down converter (40) and the DC-DC converter (54) becomes greater than a maximum loss value of the step up-down converter (40), and the step up-down converter (40) is controlled, when the relay (SMR) is turned off to discharge charge of the first capacitor (46) and the second capacitor (48).
