The present invention relates to a self-propelled crane for preventing overturn, which controls a flow rate of outriggers to be maintained in a horizontal state when eccentricity of the crane is generated. Therefore, the crane can be prevented from being overturned. To this end, the self-propelled crane comprises a plurality of outriggers for support and a balancing unit capable of maintaining horizontality through water supply, and the balancing unit comprises a flow pipe part, a plurality of opening and closing valves, individual pipes, and a water supply part.
