The present invention relates to a wheel rotation monitoring device for a railway vehicle which is independently equipped with a speed sensor and a wheel monitoring board to facilitate repair/replacement and maintenance of parts in a braking device and a propulsion device, and can stably perform wheel rotation monitoring even in the event of a failure of the braking device and the propulsion device. According to the present invention, the wheel rotation monitoring device comprises: a main body case (10); a wheel monitoring board (20) which is removably mounted on the main body case (10); and a velocity sensor (30) connected to the wheel monitoring board (20) and installed on an axle of the railway vehicle.

    본 발명은 제동장치 및 추진장치에서 독립되게 속도센서와 휠 모니터링 보드를 구비하여 부품의 수리 및 교체와 유지 관리가 간편하게 이루어지도록 하고 제동장치 및 추진장치의 고장시에도 휠 회전 모니터링을 안정적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는 철도차량용 휠 회전 모니터링 장치에 관한 것으로, 본체케이스(10)와, 상기 본체케이스(10)에 분해 가능하게 장착되는 휠 모니터링 보드(20)와, 상기 휠 모니터링 보드(20)에 연결되고 철도차량의 차축에 설치되는 속도센서(30)를 포함한다.
