A windlass with an automatic braking control device, according to the present invention, comprises: a main motor which generates rotational force to rotate a chain lifter by hydraulic pressure; a closed-loop type pumping unit for forcibly pumping hydraulic oil in conjunction with the main motor; a power unit which generates a rotational power source of the chain lifter by the hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic oil provided by the pumping unit; a gearbox for transmitting the rotational power of the power unit to the chain lifter; a cooler which cools in an air cooling manner by enabling the hydraulic oil to pass through the inside; a control unit for controlling the operation of the pumping unit; and an automatic braking control device which limits the free fall speed of an anchor to a certain speed or less by controlling the operation of a brake unit by detecting the rotational operation of the brake unit which provides braking force to the chain lifter.

    본 발명에 의한 자동 제동제어장치를 구비한 양묘기는, 유압으로 체인리프터를 회전시키기 위한 회전력을 발생하는 메인모터와, 상기 메인모터와 연동하여 유압유를 강제 펌핑하는 폐유로(Closed-loop)방식의 펌핑유닛과, 상기 펌핑유닛에서 제공받은 유압유의 유압에 의해 체인리프터의 회전 동력원을 생산하는 동력유닛과, 상기 동력유닛의 회전 동력을 체인리프터에 전달하는 기어박스와, 상기 유압유를 내부로 경유시켜 공냉방식으로 냉각하는 냉각기와, 상기 펌핑유닛의 동작을 제어하기 위한 제어부와, 상기 체인리프터에 제동력을 제공하는 브레이크유닛의 회전 동작을 감지하여 브레이크유닛의 동작을 제어함으로써 앵커의 자유낙하 속도를 일정속도 이하로 제한하는 자동 제동제어장치를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
