The present invention relates to a floating power generation device, including: a buoyant body floating on a water surface; a main body in which a lower end is installed to be horizontally rotatable on the upper surface of the buoyancy body based on a vertical rotation center, and an installation space is formed; a rotating unit which is installed to rotate in both directions based on a horizontal rotation center of the installation space and generates rotational force by rotating in both directions when the buoyant body moves; and a power generation unit which is installed on the buoyant body and converts rotational motion transmitted from the horizontal rotation center of a vibration generating unit into electrical energy.

    본 발명은 부유식 발전장치에 관한 것으로, 수면에 유동 가능하게 부유하는 부력체와, 하단이 수직 회전중심을 기준으로 상기 부력체의 상면에 수평회전 가능하게 설치되며, 내부에 설치공간이 형성되는 본체와, 설치공간의 수평 회전중심을 기준으로 양 방향으로 회동 가능하게 설치되며, 부력체가 유동시 양 방향으로 회동되어 회전력을 발생시키는 회전유닛 및, 부력체에 설치되며, 진동 발생유닛의 수평 회전중심으로부터 전달되는 회전 운동을 전기에너지로 변환하는 발전유닛을 포함한다.
