The present invention relates to an earthing pad for a train chair foothold, which includes: a main body part having a hole formed at a side surface; a contact part formed on an upper portion of the main body part and having electrical conductivity; a bonding part provided on an outer side surface of the main body part; and a pulling line connected to the contact part and pulled through the hole. By using the earthing pad for a train chair foothold, a user can easily implement body earthing while using the train so that the sleep quality is improved, fatigue received in a daily life can be reduced, the level of immunity is maximized, and pain can be relaxed.

    본 발명은 측면에 홀이 형성된 본체부, 상기 본체부 상부에 형성되고 전기전도성을 갖는 접촉부, 상기 본체부의 외측면에 구비된 접합부 및 상기 접촉부에 연결되며 상기 홀을 통해 인출되는 인출선을 포함하는 기차 의자 발판용 어싱 패드에 관한 것이다. 기차 의자 발판용 어싱 패드를 사용함으로써, 사용자는 기차를 이용하면서도 손 쉽게 신체 어싱(earthing)을 할 수 있어, 수면의 질이 향상되고 일상생활에서 받은 피로를 감소시킬 수 있으며, 면역력을 극대화하고 통증을 완화할 수 있다.
