The present invention relates to a hybrid breathalyzer management system. In the hybrid breathalyzer management system (1) comprising a breathalyzer management terminal for office (100), a network (200) and a breathalyzer management server (300), the breathalyzer management terminal for office (100) is installed in a union office, checks the information of a transportation worker through fingerprint recognition of the transportation worker through a fingerprint reader (120) before driving a vehicle, analyzes the conformity and non-conformity by measuring the blood alcohol level of the transportation worker with a breathalyzer (110), stores the conformity and non-conformity information on a storage unit (138), and transmits the information to the breathalyzer management server (300) through the network (200) to be managed, thereby preventing accidents caused by drinking. Accordingly, since the present invention is installed in the union office or on public transportation vehicles such as vans, buses and the like, the transportation worker may store and transmit the blood alcohol level of the transportation worker through the breathalyzer together with the information of the transportation worker through fingerprint recognition before driving a vehicle, thereby preventing accidents caused by drinking.

    본 발명은 하이브리드 음주측정관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 사무소용 음주측정 관리 단말(100), 네트워크(200), 음주측정 관리 서버(300)를 포함하는 하이브리드 음주측정관리 시스템(1)에 있어서, 사무소용 음주측정 관리 단말(100)은 조합 사무소 내에 설치되어 운수 종사자가 차량 운행 전 지문인식기(120)를 통한 지문 인식을 통한 운수 종사자의 정보를 확인하고, 음주측정기(110)로 운수 종사자의 혈중 알코올 농도를 측정하여 적합 및 부적합을 분석한 뒤, 저장부(138) 상에 적합 및 부적합 정보를 저장하고 네트워크(200)를 통해 음주측정 관리 서버(300)로 전송하여 관리하여 음주로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지토록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 조합 사무소 내 또는 승합차, 버스 등의 대중 교통 차량에 설치되어 운수 종사자가 차량 운행 전 지문 인식을 통한 운수 종사자의 정보와 함께, 음주측정기로 운수 종사자의 혈중 알코올 농도를 저장하고 전송하여 음주로 인한 사고를 미연에 방지토록 하는 효과를 제공한다.
