The present invention relates to a vessel inspection and measurement drone system capable of quickly and safely measuring a thickness of a steel plate on a position in a vessel, which workers cannot access, by installing a small ultrasonic thickness measurement device in a drone and applying ultrasonic inspection (UT) when thicknesses of outer plates and partitions of a vessel need to be measured. In regard to a drone, a 600-class quadcopter drone is applied to minimize the vibration of the drone with stable hovering, thereby increasing reliability of measurement, and also, a Bluetooth printer is applied to transmit and print a measurement value in real time, thereby increasing the speed, accuracy and reliability of an inspection for safe completion. Therefore, a thickness of a steel plate located on a high position can be quickly and safely measured, and also, a thickness of a steel plate located in a small dangerous space, which workers cannot easily access, can be safely measured. Moreover, there is no need to install a separate scaffold or footrest on an outer plate or partition of a vessel.

    본 발명은 선박 검사 및 측정용 드론 시스템은 선박의 외판 및 격벽(철판) 두께를 측정 시 초음파 검사법(ultrasonic inspection: UT)을 적용하고 드론에 소형 초음파 두께측정기를 탑재하여 선박 내 인력의 접근이 불가한 위치의 철판 두께를 신속하고 안전하게 측정하는 시스템이다. 드론은 600급의 쿼드콥터 드론을 적용하여 안정적인 호버링으로 드론의 흔들림을 최소화하여 측정의 신뢰도를 높이고, 측정값이 실시간으로 전송 프린트될 수 있도록 블루투스 프린터를 적용하여 검사의 신속성과 정확도 및 신뢰도를 높여 안전하게 검사를 완료한다. 이를 통해 높은 위치에 설치된 철판 두께를 빠르고 안전하게 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 작업자가 쉽게 접근할 수 없는 위험하고 협소한 공간의 철판 두께도 안전하게 측정할 수 있으며, 선박 외판이나 격벽에 별도의 족장(비계와 발판 등)을 설치할 필요가 없는 초음파 두께 측정 기술과 영상 송출 기능을 탑재한 선박검사 및 측정용 드론 시스템을 제공한다.
