According to the present invention, a divided cover structure for insulation of a ship engine unit comprises: an inner cover plate (100) enclosing an engine unit; a dividing plate (200) installed on the upper surface of the inner cover plate (100) to divide the entire inner cover plate (100) into a plurality of divided surfaces (110); a plurality of standing bolts (300) vertically extended to a predetermined length, wherein one ends thereof are connected to the upper surfaces of the divided surfaces (110) in the dividing plate (200) of the inner cover plate (100), and the length thereof is shorter than the height of the dividing plate (200); a first concrete layer (400) having a predetermined thickness by coating the divided surfaces (110) with cement mortar to harden the cement mortar; a second concrete layer (500) having a predetermined thickness by coating an upper portion of the first concrete layer (400) with cement mortar to harden the cement mortar; and an outer cover plate (600) covering an upper portion of the second concrete layer (500) to couple and fix both ends thereof on an upper portion of the dividing plate (200) by a coupling means. The entire outer surface of the engine unit is covered with an insulation member and a cover by setting divided sections to coat concrete layers which perform heat insulation and nonflammable functions to reduce the weight of the insulation member included in independent sections in comparison to a conventional integrated heat insulation structure and realize an assembly method of being coupled to the surface of the engine unit to conveniently perform separation work required for installation and maintenance.

    본 발명의 선박 엔진부의 단열용 분할형 커버구조물은 엔진부를 감싸는 내측커버판(100)과, 상기 내측커버판(100) 전체를 다수 개의 구획면(110)으로 구획되도록 내측커버판(100) 상면에 설치되는 구획판(200)과, 상기 내측커버판(100)의 구획판(200) 내측의 구획면(110) 상면에 일단이 연결되면서 소정의 길이로 수직 연장되어 이격된 다수 개의 스탠딩볼트(300)가 설치되되, 상기 스탠딩볼트(300)의 길이는 구획판(200)의 높이에 비해 작은 길이를 가지며, 상기 구획면(110)에 시멘트 몰탈을 도포하여 경화된 소정의 두께를 가진 제1콘크리트층(400)과, 상기 제1콘크리트층(400) 상부에 시멘트 몰탈을 도포하여 경화된 소정의 두께를 가진 제2콘크리트층(500) 및, 상기 제2콘크리트층(500) 상부를 커버하여 양단이 구획판(200) 상부에 체결수단으로 체결 고정되는 외측커버판(600)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 엔진부 외면 전체를 구획된 구간을 설정하여 보온 및 불연기능을 하는 콘크리트층을 도포하면서 단열부재와 커버를 씌워 구성함으로써, 기존 일체형 보온단열구조에 비하여 독립된 구간에 포함되는 단열부재의 중량을 감소시키면서 엔진부의 표면에 결합되는 조립방식을 구현함으로써 설치 및 유지보수에 따른 분리 작업을 편리하게 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
