The present invention relates to a CFRP propeller shaft for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a CFRP propeller shaft for a vehicle, including a front yoke (102) and a rear yoke (104), which have a metal material, and a shaft tube (103) having a CFRP material. A combination tube (110) forming a polygonal exterior to place a plurality of outer combination surfaces (111) in a ring form is integrated and extended from both ends of the shaft tube (103). A combination part (120) forming a polygonal interior corresponding to the exterior of the combination tube (110) to place a plurality of inner combination surfaces (121) is formed on the inner edge surface of the front yoke (102) and the rear yoke (104). A sealing groove (130), which comprises an inlet part (131) dented towards the outer edge surface to a predetermined depth and formed on the cross section of an opening of the front yoke (102) and the rear yoke (104) and a fixing end (132) formed at an end dented inwards from the inlet part (131) in a longitudinal direction, is placed on the inner combination surfaces (121). Therefore, the present invention is capable of enhancing the durability and combination structure of the propeller shaft comprising the CFRP shaft tube and the metal front and rear yokes.

    본 발명은 자동차용 CFRP 프로펠러샤프트에 관한 발명으로, 금속 재질의 프론트요크(102) 및 리어요크(104)와, CFRP 재질의 샤프트튜브(103)를 포함하는 자동차용 CFRP 프로펠러샤프트에 있어서, 샤프트튜브(103)의 양단에는, 다각형상의 외형을 형성하여 복수의 외측결합면(111)을 환형으로 배치하는 결합튜브(110)를 일체로 연장하여 구비하고, 프론트요크(102) 및 리어요크(104)의 내주면에는, 결합튜브(110)의 외형에 상응하는 다각형상의 내형을 형성하여 복수의 내측결합면(121)을 환형으로 배치하는 결합부(120)를 형성하고, 내측결합면(121)에는, 외주면을 향해 일정 깊이로 요입하되 프론트요크(102) 및 리어요크(104)의 개구측 단면에 형성하는 입구부(131)와, 입구부(131)에서 내측을 향해 길이 방향으로 요입하는 말단에 형성하는 고정단(132)으로 이루어지는 기밀홈(130)을 마련하는 것을 포함하여 구성함으로써 CFRP 재질의 샤프트튜브와 금속 재질의 프론트요크 및 리어요크로 이루어진 프로펠러샤프트의 결합구조 및 내구성을 더욱 강화할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.
