According to one embodiment of the present invention, a marine structure includes: a compressor compressing boil off gas generated in a liquefied gas storage tank; a re-liquefying device liquefying the compressed boil off gas to return the same to the liquefied gas storage tank; an unloading line unloading liquefied gas to the outside from the liquefied gas storage tank; and a circulating line transmitting at least a part of the boil off gas discharged from the re-liquefying device to the unloading line, thereby being capable of cooldown of the unloading line by using the re-liquefied boil off gas having high pressure instead of the liquefied gas stored in the liquefied gas storage tank by using the circulating line.

    본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 해양 구조물은, 액화가스 저장탱크에서 발생한 증발가스를 압축하는 압축기; 압축된 증발가스를 액화시켜 상기 액화가스 저장탱크로 리턴하는 재액화기; 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에서 외부로 액화가스를 하역하는 하역라인; 및 상기 재액화기에서 배출되는 증발가스 중 적어도 일부를 상기 하역라인으로 전달하는 순환라인을 포함하며, 상기 순환라인을 이용함에 따라, 상기 액화가스 저장탱크에 저장된 액화가스를 대신하여, 재액화된 고압의 증발가스를 이용해 상기 하역라인의 쿨다운이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
