The present invention includes: an overlap determining step of determining whether shift control and engine clutch control overlap; an overlap multiplication step of multiplying at least one of a shift control flow rate and an engine clutch control flow rate when the shift control and the engine clutch control overlap; and an additional multiplication step of forming a control flow rate greater than the sum of the shift control flow rate and the engine clutch control flow rate in the overlap multiplication step for a predetermined reference time, if the end of the shift control is imminent after the start of the overlap multiplication step.
