The present invention relates to an automatic unlocking shackle and, more specifically, to a shackle for connecting a hook of a heavy object and a crane. The shackle comprises: a shackle body having an H-shaped cross section by being composed of a pair of flat plate shaped support members facing each other and a connecting member connecting the support members to be distanced from each other; a fastening means passing through lower portions of both the support members so that a hook is hung thereon, and fixed in an elastically compressed state; an unlocking means coming into close contact with a side surface of the support member to move vertically slidably, having an end of the fastening means held thereon, and having a long hole formed in the center thereof; guide members provided on both sides of the unlocking means to guide vertical sliding of the unlocking means; and a tension spring connecting the support member and an upper end of the unlocking means through the long hole. When the shackle body comes into contact with an upper surface of the heavy object, the unlocking means is pushed up and raised so that a locked state is released as the end of the fastening means is detached. Therefore, a fastening pin can be automatically released and the hook can be separated when the heavy object is loaded down by the crane.

    본 발명은 자동 풀림 샤클에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 중량물의 후크와 크레인을 연결하는 샤클에 있어서, 평판 형상이고 상호 마주보는 한 쌍의 지지부재와 상기 지지부재를 서로 이격되게 연결하는 이음부재로 이루어져 단면이 'H' 형상으로 이루어지는 샤클몸체; 상기 후크가 걸리도록 상기 양 지지부재의 하부를 관통하되, 탄성 압축된 상태로 고정되는 체결수단; 상기 지지부재의 측면에 밀착되어 상하 슬라이딩 가능하게 움직이고, 상기 체결수단의 단부가 걸리며, 중앙에 장공이 형성된 잠금해제수단; 상기 잠금해제수단의 양측으로 구비되어 상기 잠금해제수단의 상하 슬라이딩을 안내하는 가이드부재; 및 상기 장공을 통해 상기 지지부재와 상기 잠금해제수단의 상단을 연결하는 인장스프링;을 포함하여 이루어져, 상기 샤클몸체가 중량물 상부면과 접촉하면 상기 잠금해제수단이 밀려 상승하여 상기 체결수단의 단부가 이탈하면서 잠금상태가 해제되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
