Provided are a gear reducer manufactured to be compact and easily installed and an actuator for an electric parking brake using the same. A satellite gear comprises first and second pinions having different modules and the same number of teeth. The first and second pinions are integrally formed, and a sun gear is selectively engaged with any one of the first and second pinions. A ring gear comprises a first ring gear engaged with the first pinion and a second ring gear engaged with the second pinion. Any one of the first and second ring gears is a fixed ring gear, and the other one is an output ring gear.

    컴팩트하게 제작 가능하며 조립이 용이한 기어감속기 및 이를 이용한 전자식 주차 브레이크용 액츄에이터가 소개된다. 위성기어는 서로 모듈이 다르고 잇수는 동일한 제1 및 제2 피니언을 구비한다. 제1 및 제2 피니언은 일체로 형성되며, 제1 및 제2 피니언 중에서 선택적으로 어느 하나와 선기어가 치합된다. 링기어는 제1 피니언과 치합된 제1 링기어 및 제2 피니언과 치합된 제2 링기어를 구비한다. 제1 및 제2 링기어 중 어느 하나는 고정 링기어이며 다른 하나는 출력 링기어이다.
