The present invention is to provide a railway track circuit insulation condition checking device, which comprises: a plurality of temperature sensors (110, 110a) formed to measure the temperature of the rail (10, 10a) located on both sides with respect to the insulating space (A); and a control unit (120) for determining the insulation by comparing the temperature measured by the temperature sensor (110,110a). The present invention measures the temperature change generated by the short circuit of the power supply when the conductive material is introduced into the insulation space, and proceeds quickly follow-up action to prevent the malfunction of a signal device and the safety accident in advance. In particular, the present invention can install the temperature sensor firmly on one side of the rail to improve the maintenance and installation efficiency.

    본 발명은 절연공간(A)을 기준으로 양측에 위치하는 레일(10,10a)의 온도를 측정할 수 있도록 형성하는 다수개의 온도센서(110,110a); 상기 온도센서(110,110a)를 통해서 측정한 온도를 비교하여 절연 유무를 판단하기 위한 제어부(120);를 포함하는 철도용 궤도회로 절연상태 점검장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 절연공간에 도체 물질 유입시 전원의 합선으로 발생하는 온도변화를 측정하여 신속한 후속조치를 진행하여 신호장치의 오작동 및 안전사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 온도센서를 레일의 일측에 견고하게 설치하여 유지보수 및 설치효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
