According to embodiments of the present invention, a power transmission member comprises: an inner rotor having a first hole coupled to a first shaft at a central portion thereof and having at least one protrusion formed to radially protrude on an outer circumferential surface thereof; an outer rotor having a second hole coupled to a second shaft at a central portion thereof and having a mounting unit corresponding to the protrusion on an inner circumferential surface thereof; a damper supporting a gap between an outer circumferential surface of the inner rotor and an inner circumferential surface of the outer rotor; and a contact member provided in the damper to enable a gap between the damper and the inner rotor to be in contact with a gap between the damper and the outer rotor. Therefore, the damper is contracted at a low temperature to compensate for a clearance generated in the gap between the damper and the inner rotor or the gap between the damper and the outer rotor, thereby satisfying damping performance to prevent noise generation and a response delay and provide a comfortable steering feel.

    본 실시예들에 의한 동력 전달 부재는, 중심부에 제 1 샤프트와 결합되는 제 1 홀이 형성되고 외주면에는 경방향으로 돌출 형성되는 적어도 하나의 돌출부가 구비되어 있는 내측로터, 중심부에 제 2 샤프트와 결합되는 제 2 홀이 형성되고 내주면에는 돌출부와 대응되는 안착부가 구비되어 있는 외측로터, 내측로터의 외주면과 외측로터의 내주면 사이를 지지하는 댐퍼, 댐퍼와 내측로터 사이 및 댐퍼와 외측로터 사이를 밀착시키도록 댐퍼의 내부에 구비되는 밀착부재를 포함하여, 저온에서 댐퍼가 수축되어 댐퍼와 내측로터 사이 또는 댐퍼와 외측로터 사이에 발생되는 유격을 보상함으로써 댐핑성능을 만족시켜 노이즈 발생과 응답지연을 방지하고 쾌적한 조향감을 제공할 수 있다.
