The present invention relates to a bottom traffic light, which comprises: an upper lighting plate installed on the upper portion of a lower base, and injection-molded of a transparent synthetic resin material; a lower base injection-molded with an opaque synthetic resin material installed under the upper lighting plate; an LED lighting substrate installed in a slide manner between an upper end of the lower base and a lower end of the upper lighting plate; and a closing plate detachably installed on the front of the upper lighting plate. Through the technical configuration of integrating the upper lighting plate and the lower base into one component through a double injection layer formed on both side surfaces and a rear surface after assembly, a small number of components are used, and assembly of each component including an LED lighting substrate is easily performed, thereby greatly reducing component costs and assembly costs so as to improve the productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

    바닥신호등에 관한 것으로, 바닥신호등은 하부베이스의 상부에 설치되고, 투명 합성수지 재질로 사출 성형되는 상부조명판; 상부조명판의 하부에 설치되는 불투명 합성수지 재질로 사출 성형되는 하부베이스; 하부베이스의 상단과 상부조명판의 하단 사이에 슬라이드 방식으로 설치되는 LED 조명기판; 상부조명판의 전면에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 마감판;을 포함하고, 상부조명판와 하부베이스가 조립후에 양측면과 후면에 형성되는 이중사출층을 통해 하나의 부품으로 일체화되는 기술 구성을 통해 적은 수의 구성부품을 사용할 뿐 아니라 LED 조명기판을 비롯한 각 부품의 조립을 매우 용이하게 할 수 있게 되므로 부품비용 및 조립비용을 크게 절감할 수 있게 되고, 그에 따라 생산성 향상과 제조원가 절감을 도모할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
