The present invention relates to a multi-functional ship for collecting and recycling marine waste en bloc, comprising: a hull; a detection device provided on the hull to detect the marine waste floating on the sea or deposited on the sea floor when the ship is moored or on a voyage; a collection device installed on the hull to collect the marine waste detected by the detection device onto the hull; a selection device installed on the hull to select the marine waste collected by the collection device according to its characteristics; a compression device installed on the hull to compress the marine waste selected by the selection device, to compressively remove moisture and to reduce its volume; a waste plastic recycling device installed on the hull to pyrolyze the waste plastic compressed by the compression device and to produce a recycled oil; a storage tank installed at the bottom of the hull to store the regenerated oil produced by the waste plastic recycling device; and a purification device purifying waste water generated in the process of producing the recycled oil to reuse the waste water. According to the present invention, the multifunctional ship which processes the marine waste en bloc is capable of solving a secondary and a tertiary environment problem generated as the marine waste is transferred to the land, does not discharge the waste, generated in the processing step, into the sea, collects and selects the marine waste detected by the detection device provided on the ship and pyrolyzes the waste plastic among the selected marine waste to be capable of producing the recycled oil, realizes the waste process within the ship to be capable of solving environment and cost problems which can occur in a transportation step for processing marine waste, and is capable of reusing resources through recycling.

    본 발명은 선체; 상기 선체의 정박이나 항해 중에 해상에 부유하거나 해저에 침적된 해양 쓰레기를 탐지하도록 선체에 구비된 탐지장치; 상기 탐지장치에 의해 탐지된 해양 쓰레기를 선체로 수거하도록 선체에 설치된 수거장치; 상기 수거장치에 의해 수거된 해양 쓰레기를 성상별로 선별하도록 선체에 설치된 선별장치; 상기 선별장치에서 선별된 해양 쓰레기를 압축하여 수분을 압착 제거하고 부피를 감량화하도록 선체에 설치된 압축장치; 상기 압축장치에서 압축된 폐플라스틱을 열분해하여 재생유를 생산하도록 선체에 설치된 폐플라스틱 재생장치; 상기 폐플라스틱 재생장치에 의해 제조된 재생유가 저장되도록 선체의 선저에 설치된 저장탱크; 및 재생유를 생산하는 과정에서 발생되는 폐수를 정화시켜 재사용 가능하도록 하는 정화장치를 포함하는 해양 쓰레기 일괄 수거 및 재생 처리용 다기능 선박을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 해양 쓰레기를 일괄 처리하여 해양 쓰레기를 육상으로 이송하면서 발생되는 2차, 3차적인 환경문제를 결할 수 있고, 처리 과정에서 발생된 폐기물을 해양으로 배출하지 않으며, 선박에 구비된 탐지 장치로 탐지된 해양 쓰레기를 수거 및 선별하고, 선별된 해양 쓰레기 중에서 폐플라스틱을 열분해하여 재생유를 생산할 수 있으며, 선박 내에서 쓰레기의 처리가 이루어져 해양 쓰레기의 처리를 위한 운송 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 환경 및 비용의 문제를 해소할 수 있고, 재생을 통하여 자원을 재활용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
