The present invention relates to a parking lot having a charger for an electric vehicle. The present invention is provided to simplify electrical installations while reducing electrical consumption and safely protect a charger for charging an electric vehicle. According to the present invention, the parking lot having a charger for an electric vehicle includes: a bottom surface unit having a parking side on one side thereof; a support provided in the bottom surface unit; a solar power generator provided on the upper side of the support and generating power when sunlight is irradiated; a wind power generator provided in the bottom surface unit and generating power by wind; an electricity storage means provided in the parking side and storing electricity generated in the solar power generator and the wind power generator; a charger provided in one side of the bottom surface unit and charging a battery of an electric vehicle parked in the parking side by using electricity stored in the electricity storage means; and a protection unit arranged in the front side of the charger. The protection unit includes: pillar units arranged to be separated from each other; a guard unit connecting the pillar units and having an empty space formed inside; and a frame combined with the outer surface of the guard unit. Each of the guard unit and the frame: is formed by a plurality of non-elastic members and elastic members which are combined to continuously cross; and includes a buffer unit accommodated in the internal space of the guard unit, facing elastic members, and expanding the elastic members of the frame and the guard unit by being expanded when air is injected into an internal space.

    본 발명은 전기자동차용 충전기가 구비된 주차장에 관한 것으로서, 전기소비량을 줄이면서 전기설비를 간소화할 수 있으며, 전기자동차를 충전하기 위한 충전기를 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 전기자동차용 충전기가 구비된 주차장은, 일측에 주차면이 형성된 바닥면부, 상기 바닥면부에 구비된 지지대, 상기 지지대의 상면에 구비되며 태양광이 조사되면 발전을 하는 태양광발전기, 상기 바닥면부에 구비되어 바람에 의해 발전을 하는 풍력발전기, 상기 주차면에 구비되며 상기 태양광발전기와 풍력발전기에서 발전된 전기를 저장하는 축전수단, 상기 바닥면부의 일측에 구비되며 상기 축전수단에 저장된 전기를 이용하여 상기 주차면에 주차된 전기자동차의 배터리를 충전하는 충전기, 상기 충전기의 전방에 배치되는 보호부를 포함하고, 상기 보호부는, 서로 이격되도록 배치되는 지주부, 상기 지주부를 연결하며 내부에 빈 공간이 형성되는 가드부, 상기 가드부의 외면에 결합되는 프레임을 포함하며, 상기 가드부 및 프레임은 각각, 다수개의 비탄성부재와 탄성부재가 연속적으로 교차되도록 결합되어 구성되며, 상기 가드부의 내부공간에 수용되고, 탄성부재와 각각 마주하며, 내부공간에 공기가 주입됨에 의해 팽창되어 상기 가드부 및 프레임의 탄성부재를 팽출시키는 완충부를 포함한다.
