A signal detection device for a railway signal, according to the present invention, is provided with a plurality of voltage comparison units (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d), and receives comparison signals (CP1 to CP4), respectively outputted from the voltage comparison units (30a, 30b, 30c, 30d). Only when the comparison signals (CP1 to CP4) are all activated and only a matched signal is outputted, the device provides an onboard system with a telegram signal corresponding to a secure railway signal (Vin). When the signal detection device for the railway signal malfunctions, in particular, at least one of the voltage comparison units (30a, 30b, 30c, and 30d) malfunctions and some of the comparison signals (CP1 to CP4) are inactivated, a safe mode signal (SA) is outputted so that a train runs in a safe mode. A railroad control unit (4) receives the safety mode signal (SA) and transmits a telegram signal about stopping of the train to the onboard system through a Eurobalise (3) to prevent the occurrence of a train accident.

    본 발명의 철도신호의 신호검지장치는 다수의 전압비교부들(30a,30b,30c,30d)을 구비하여 각각의 전압비교부들(30a,30b,30c,30d)로부터 출력되는 비교신호(CP1∼CP4)들을 수신하여 비교신호(CP1∼CP4)들이 모두 활성화되어 일치된 신호만을 출력하는 경우에만, 즉 안전성이 확보된 철도신호(Vin)에 해당하는 텔레그램신호를 차상시스템에 제공하고, 철도신호의 신호검지장치가 오동작을 하는 경우, 특히 다수의 전압비교부들(30a,30b,30c,30d) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 전압비교부가 오동작을 하여 비교신호(CP1∼CP4)들 중 일부가 활성화 상대가 아닌 경우에는 열차가 안전모드로 운행되도록 안전모드신호(SA)를 출력하고, 선로제어유니트(4)는 안전모드신호(SA)를 수신받아 유로발리스(3)를 통해 열차의 정지에 관한 텔레그램신호를 차상시스템에 전송하여 열차 사고의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
