The present invention relates to a derailment restoring device for a railway vehicle, and more specifically, to a derailment restoring device for a railway vehicle, which includes: a lifting unit provided on a bumper of a railway vehicle and lifting the railway vehicle deviating from a rail; and a horizontal moving unit moving the railway vehicle to the rail. The lifting unit and the horizontal moving unit are manufactured as an integral module. The horizontal moving unit has an independently rotatable structure in a horizontal direction of the railway vehicle. The present invention also comprises a level sensor sensing a height difference from horizontality of the railway vehicle or the ground, thereby being possible to more quickly and safely restore the railway vehicle to the rail when restoring derailment of the railway vehicle.

    본 발명은 철도차량용 탈선복구장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 철도차량의 범퍼에 구비되어, 레일에서 벗어난 철도차량을 승강시키기 위한 승강부와 철도차량을 레일로 이동시키는 수평이동부를 포함하며, 상기 승강부와 수평이동부가 일체의 모듈로 제작되고, 수평이동부가 철도차량의 수평방향으로 독립적으로 회전가능한 구조를 갖으며, 철도차량의 수평 또는 지면으로부터의 높이차를 감지하는 레벨센서를 더 구비하여, 철도차량의 탈선복구 시에 더욱 신속하고 안전하게 레일로 복구시킬 수 있는 철도차량용 탈선복구장치에 관한 것이다.
