본 발명은 음이온 중합개시제의 제조방법과 제조장치 및 이로부터 제조되는 음이온 중합개시제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 음이온 중합개시제의 제조방법은 연속식 반응기에, 화학식 1 및/또는 화학식 2의 화합물, 유기 금속 화합물 및 공액 디엔 화합물을 용액 형태로 투입하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
