The present invention relates to a method for testing the pressure of a fuel oil pipe of a power generator in a shipyard, which is devised to test whether a leakage has occurred in a fuel oil pipe of a power generator in a shipyard. To this end, the present invention comprises: a temporary pipe installation step of installing a temporary pipe for testing the pressure in a fuel oil pipe of a power generator in a shipyard; a filling solution injection step of injecting an anti-rust filling solution, which prevents rust even after coming in contact with an inner wall of the fuel oil pipe of the power generator, into the fuel oil pipe of the power generator to fill the same; an air-tightness testing step of testing whether the anti-rust filling solution leaks from the fuel oil pipe of the power generator which is full of the anti-rust filling solution; an anti-rust filling solution removal step of removing the anti-rust filling solution from the fuel oil pipe of the power generator; an air blowing step of blowing air into the fuel oil pipe of the power generator from which the anti-rust filling solution has been removed to remove the remaining anti-rust filling solution; and a pipe recovery step of removing the installed temporary pipe to recover the fuel oil pipe of the power generator.

    본 발명은 조선소의 발전기 연료유 배관에 누설이 발생했는 지를 테스트할 수 있도록 고안된 조선소의 발전기 연료유 배관 압력 테스트 방법에 관한 것으로, 조선소의 발전기 연료유 배관(Fuel Oil Pipe)에 압력 테스트를 위한 가배관을 설치하는 가배관 설치 단계; 발전기 연료유 배관의 내벽과 접촉해도 녹이 발생되지 않도록 하는 방청성 충전액을 발전기 연료유 배관으로 주입하여 가득 채우는 충전액 주입 단계; 방청성 충전액이 가득 찬 발전기 연료유 배관으로부터 누설되는 방청성 충전액의 유무를 테스트하는 기밀 시험 단계; 발전기 연료유 배관으로부터 방청성 충전액을 제거하는 충전액 제거 단계; 방청성 충전액이 제거된 발전기 연료유 배관으로 공기를 불어넣어 잔여 방청성 충전액을 제거하는 에어 블로윙(Air Blowing) 단계; 및 설치된 가배관을 제거하여 발전기 연료유 배관을 복구시키는 배관 복구 단계를 포함한다.
