The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for glazing and molding the surface of a foamable material. An objective of the present invention is to provide an ecofriendly buoy which is excellent in buoyancy and has water penetration resistance by primarily performing a blow molding or vacuum molding process (hereinafter, referred to as ′blow molding′) to form a hollow spherical body, secondly forming an EPE or EPP foam on a surface layer of the hollow spherical body, and thirdly glazing the surface of the EPE or EPP foam formed on the hollow spherical body, thereby improving disadvantages of a conventional foam having a short lifetime due to water penetration properties and a blow or vacuum molded article having a short lifetime due to breakage or the like. The apparatus (1) of the present invention includes: a base frame (3); a mold base (5) which is mounted on one side surface of the base frame (3) such that the mold base (5) is movable in a vertical direction (A); a movable mold (7) which is mounted on one side surface of the mold base (5) and moves along with the mold base (5) in the vertical direction when the mold base (5) is moved in the vertical direction (A); a core mold (9) which is mounted on a position separated from the movable mold (7) in a predetermined distance on the one side surface of the mold base (5), and is movable in the vertical direction (A); and a cavity mold (11) which is disposed at a position spaced apart from the mold base (5) of the base frame (3) and moves forward or backward to be combined with or separated from the movable mold (7) or combined with or separated from the core mold (9) wherein, when combined with the movable mold (7), the cavity mold (11) injects a foaming agent raw material into a through hole (2) penetrating outer and inner parts of a blow molded hollow spherical body (M) inserted therein, thereby primarily molding a buoy molded product (13), and when combined with the core mold (9), the cavity mold (11) glazes the outer surface of the buoy molded product (13).
본 발명은 발포성 소재의 표면 그레이징 성형장치(1)에 관한 것이다. 그러한 그레이징 성형장치(5)는, 베이스 프레임(3)과; 베이스 프레임(3)의 일측면에 상하방향(A)으로 이동 가능하게 장착되는 몰드 베이스(5)와; 몰드 베이스(5)의 일측면에 장착되어 몰드 베이스(5)가 상하방향(A)으로 이동할 때 같이 상하방향으로 이동하는 이동몰드(7)와; 몰드 베이스(5)의 일측면에서 이동몰드(7)로부터 일정 거리 떨어진 위치에 장착되어 상하방향(A)으로 이동 가능한 코어몰드(9)와; 그리고 베이스 프레임(3)의 몰드 베이스(5)로부터 떨어진 위치에 배치되어 전후진함으로써 이동몰드(7)에 결합 또는 분리되거나, 코어몰드(9)에 결합 또는 분리되며, 이동몰드(7)와 결합되는 경우에는 내부에 삽입된 블로우 몰딩된 중공구체(M)의 외부 및 내부를 관통하는 관통구(2)에 발포제 원료를 투입하여 1차적으로 부표 성형품(13)으로 성형하고, 코어몰드(9)와 결합되는 경우에는 부표 성형품(13)의 외면을 그레이징 처리하는 캐비티 몰드(11)를 포함한다.
