The present invention relates to a sound absorbing material of a tire, which can improve sound absorbing performance of the sound absorbing material by forming a groove portion recessed at one side and the other side of a sound absorbing surface of a sound absorbing material body and a protruding protrusion in parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction to extend a surface area of the sound absorbing material. The sound absorbing material of a tire has an open cell structure by enabling polyol and isocyanate to react to each other, and comprises a body having the shape of foamed polyurethane foam formed to be long in front and rear directions. A groove portion is formed to be recessed in a longitudinal direction at one side of an internal side sound absorbing surface of the body, and a protrusion is formed to protrude on an internal side sound absorbing surface by being spaced from the groove portion at a constant distance at the other side of the internal side sound absorbing surface of the body. Moreover, the groove portion and the protrusion are formed to be parallel with each other in a longitudinal direction.

    본 발명은 흡음재 몸체의 흡음면의 일,타측에 함몰되는 요홈부와 돌출되는 돌기부를 길이 방향으로 나란하게 형성하여 흡음면의 표면적을 넓혀 흡음재의 흡음 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 타이어 흡음재에 관한 것으로, 폴리올과 다이소시아네이트를 반응시켜 오픈셀 구조의 타이어 흡음재에 있어서, 전후 방향으로 길게 형성되는 발포 폴리우레탄 폼 형태를 갖는 몸체를 포함하고, 상기 몸체의 내측 흡음면의 일측에 길이 방향으로 요홈부를 함몰되게 형성하며, 상기 몸체의 내측 흡음면의 타측에 상기 요홈부와 일정 간격으로 이격되어 내측 흡음면에서 돌출된 돌기부를 형성하되, 상기 요홈부와 돌기부가 길이 방향으로 서로 평행하게 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
