The present invention relates to an automatic constant velocity and continuously variable transmission apparatus mounted on a pedal shaft (10) and a rear wheel shaft (20) of a bicycle to automatically perform continuously variable transmission in accordance with a change in driving force and load applied through a power transmission member (300) in a belt or chain type, or fixing a gear-shifted state to perform constant velocity riding as necessary. According to the present invention, the continuously variable transmission apparatus comprises a front transmission unit (100), a rear transmission unit (200), and the power transmission member (300). Therethrough, the automatic continuously variable transmission is realized in accordance with a change in driving force and load corresponding to riding environment without the user′s operation, thereby increasing riding performance. Moreover, friction between the power transmission member (300) and a first receiver (133) is maximized, thereby preventing slippage. Moreover, a gear-shifted state by the front transmission unit (100) is selectively fixed by a constant velocity fixing unit (400) so that riding in constant velocity can be performed in the current gear-shifted state, thereby largely increasing user convenience and preventing gear shifting is continuously executed in a riding environment, such as repeated travel up and down hills, in which a load is frequently changed.

    본 발명은 자전거의 페달축(10)과 후륜축(20)에 장착되어 벨트나 체인 형태의 동력전달부재(300)를 통해 가해지는 구동력 및 하중의 변화에 따라 자동적으로 무단 변속구동하며 필요시 변속된 상태를 고정시켜 등록운행할 수 있도록 한 등속 및 무단자동 변속 장치로서, 전방변속부(100), 후방변속부(200), 동력전달부재(300) 및 등속고정부(400)를 포함한다. 이러한 구성을 통해 사용자의 조작없이 주행환경에 따른 구동력과 하중의 변화에 따라 자동적으로 무단변속이 가능하여 주행성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 동력전달부재(300)와 제1받이(133) 간의 마찰력을 극대화하여 슬립현상을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 전방변속부(100)에 의해 변속구동된 상태를 등속고정부(400)를 통해 선택적으로 고정시켜 현재의 변속된 상태로 등속운행할 수 있으므로 사용자의 편의를 대폭 증대시킬 수 있으며 오르막과 내리막이 반복되는 경우와 같이 하중변화가 빈번한 주행환경에서 지속적으로 변속이 이루어지는 현상을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
