An objective of the present invention is to prevent a secondary accident such as a fire caused by not preventing a fuel spill from a fuel tank during a collision or overturning of a vehicle, minimize fuel slashing such as converging or waving in a fuel tank, offset a pressure applied to a fuel tank by a collision of the vehicle to prevent the fuel tank from exploding by the pressure, reduce vibration and noise by a running vehicle to prevent damage to a fuel tank, and reduce the weight of a fuel tank while maintaining the strength of the fuel tank. A fuel tank for a vehicle having a fuel spill prevention structure comprises: a housing (110) of a dual-pipe structure having a hollow space (114) formed by an outer wall (111) and an inner wall (112); a partition (130) wherein both ends thereof are fixed on an upper and a lower portion in the housing, and a distribution hole (131) is formed on a lower end thereof to allow fuel to flow; and a fuel injection port (120) arranged on one side of the housing. The fuel injection port (120) includes: a body (121) having a hollow cylindrical structure, wherein a nozzle of a gas pump is inserted thereinto to inject fuel into the fuel tank; and a backflow prevention plate (124) which has a seat (124C) arranged on an inner surface of the body (121), is rotatably coupled to one side in the body (121) by a hinge (124a), allows a chain (127) to be coupled to an upper surface thereof, includes a torsion spring (124b) on an end thereof coupled by a hinge, and allows the chain (127) fixed on the upper surface thereof to be connected to a lower surface of a cap (126) to be fixed.
본 발명은 차량의 전복 또는 충돌 시 연료탱크로부터 연료가 유출되는 것을 방지하지 못하여 화재 등의 2차사고로 이어지는 것을 방지하고, 더불어서 연료가 연료탱크 내에서 한쪽으로 쏠리거나, 파도치는 것과 같이 출렁거리는 것을 최소화하며, 차량의 충돌 등에 의하여 연료탱크에 가해지는 압력을 상쇄하여 연료탱크가 압력에 의하여 폭발하는 것을 방지하고, 주행하는 차량에 의한 진동과 소음을 감쇄하여 연료탱크가 파손되는 것을 방지하며, 연료탱크의 강도를 유지하면서 경량화하고자 하는 것으로서, 외벽(111) 및 내벽(112)이 형성하는 중공부(114)가 구비된 이중관의 구조의 하우징(110), 하우징 내부의 상,하부에 양끝단이 고정되고, 하단부에는 연료가 유동될 수 있는 유통공(131)이 형성된 격벽(130), 하우징의 일측에 구비된 주유구(120)를 포함하되; 주유구(120)는, 중공의 원통형 구조를 가지며, 주유기의 노즐이 삽입되어 연료탱크 내부로 연료를 주입하는 몸체(121)와, 몸체(121)의 내측면에 구비된 시트(124C)와, 몸체(121)의 내부 일측에 힌지(124a)에 의하여 회전 가능하게 결합되고, 상부면에는 체인(127)이 결합되며, 힌지로 결합되는 끝단부에는 토션스프링(124b)이 구비되고, 상부면에 고정된 체인(127)은 뚜껑(126)의 저면에 연결되어 고정된 역류방지판(124)으로 이루어진 것을 요지로 한다.
