The present invention relates to a vessel cooling system for saving a fuel, capable of saving total costs due to fuel consumption by properly controlling the fuel consumption amount of a diesel generator operating a seawater pump and the fuel consumption amount for improving combustion efficiency of a main engine. The vessel cooling system for saving a fuel comprises: a seawater supply line having the seawater pump and circulating seawater; a clean water supply line heat-exchanged with the seawater supply line by a clean water cooler and having a clean water pump circulating the clean water in a heating device of a vessel, wherein the clean water supply line has a first temperature control valve maintaining a fixed temperature of the clean water supplied to the heating device of the vessel; and a main engine cooler line diverging from an inlet of a first temperature control valve in the clean water supply line and including a cooler pump for the clean water to circulate in the main engine of the vessel, wherein the main engine cooler line includes a second temperature control valve maintaining the fixed temperature of the clean water supplied to the main engine of the vessel by setting the temperature of the clean water to be relatively lower than that of the first temperature control valve. The vessel cooling system for saving a fuel includes: a seawater temperature sensor sensing the temperature of the seawater by being installed in the seawater supply line; a clean water temperature sensor sensing the temperature of the clean water by being installed in the clean water supply line; and a controller calculating the difference in temperature value by receiving the temperature value of the seawater temperature sensor and the temperature value of the clean water temperature sensor and controlling the seawater pump for the difference value to reach a setting value by comparing the difference value with the predetermined setting value, thereby controlling the ratio of fuel consumption amount of the seawater pump to the fuel consumption amount of the cooler pump.
본 발명은 해수펌프가 설치되어 해수가 순환되는 해수공급라인과, 상기 해수공급라인과 청수쿨러에 의해 열교환되고 선박의 발열장치에 청수가 순환되게 하는 청수펌프가 설치되며 선박의 발열장치에 공급되는 청수의 온도를 일정하게 유지되게 하는 제1온도제어밸브가 설치되는 청수공급라인과, 상기 청수공급라인의 제1온도제어밸브 입구에서 분기되고 선박의 메인엔진에 청수가 순환되게 쿨러펌프가 설치되며 선박의 메인엔진에 공급되는 청수의 온도를 상기 제1온도제어밸브보다 상대적으로 낮게설정되어 일정하게 유지되게 하는 제2온도제어밸브가 설치되는 메인엔진쿨러라인으로 구성된 선박 냉각 시스템에 있어서, 상기 해수공급라인에 설치되어 해수의 온도를 감지하는 해수온도센서와; 상기 청수공급라인에 설치되어 청수의 온도를 감지하는 청수온도센서와; 상기 청수온도센서의 온도값과 상기 해수온도센서의 온도값을 입력받아 상기 온도값의 차이값을 산출하며, 상기 차이값을 기설정된 설정값과 비교하여 상기 설정값에 도달되도록 상기 해수펌프의 작동을 제어하여 상기 쿨러펌프 연료 소모량과 해수펌프의 연료 소모량의 비율을 조절되게 하는 컨트롤러;가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박 연료절감을 위한 냉각 시스템을 제공한다.
