The present invention relates to an intersection safety system comprising: a remaining time analyzing module (10) identifying lamps, being turned on, of a traffic light (T) installed at an intersection, calculating a remaining lighting time of the lamps being turned on, and transmitting the calculated remaining lighting time to a system server (20); the system server (20) transmitting the remaining lighting time, transmitted from the remaining time analyzing module (10), to a mobile device (30) via an Internet network; and the mobile device (30) displaying the remaining lighting time transmitted from the system server (20) through an application. According to the present invention, the intersection safety system can be independently operated without network construction with a traffic signal controller, can display the remaining lighting time of the traffic light through the mobile device, thereby facilitating identification of the remaining lighting time, and can improve traffic safety at the intersection by sensing, by using a camera, a vehicle entering the intersection at a predetermined time before and after the remaining lighting time becomes zero and warning the driver through the mobile device.
본 발명은 교차로 안전 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 교차로에 설치된 교통신호등(T)의 점등된 신호등을 식별하고, 점등된 신호등의 점등잔여시간을 산출하여 시스템서버(20)로 전송하는 잔여시간분석모듈(10); 상기 잔여시간분석모듈(10)에서 전송된 점등잔여시간을 인터넷망을 통해 모바일디바이스(30)로 전송하는 시스템서버(20); 상기 시스템서버(20)에서 전송되는 점등잔여시간을 애플리케이션을 통해 표시하는 모바일디바이스(30); 를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 교통신호제어기와의 네트워크 공사 없이 독립적인 운용이 가능케 하며, 모바일디바이스를 통해 교통신호등의 점등잔여시간을 표시하여 점등잔여시간 식별이 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 점등잔여시간 제로 전후 소정 시간에 교차로로 진입하는 차량을 카메라로 감지하여 모바일디바이스를 통해 운전자에게 경고함으로써, 교차로 통행 안전성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
