The present invention provides an active regenerative shock absorber which can improve riding comfort. The active regenerative shock absorber comprises: a cylinder divided into a compression chamber and a tension chamber by a piston valve; a first connection chamber connected to the compression chamber, into which a fluid of the compression chamber flows during a compression stroke of the piston valve; a second connection chamber connected to the tension chamber while separated from the first connection chamber and arranged above the first connection chamber, into which a fluid of the tension chamber flows during a tension stroke of the piston valve; an ascending member which ascends between the first and the second connection chamber, allows a lower piston on a lower end thereof to divide the interior of the first connection chamber into an upper chamber and a lower chamber, and allows an upper piston on an upper end thereof to divide the interior of the second connection chamber into an upper chamber and a lower chamber; and a motor which is flexibly connected to an side end of the ascending member, is linked to an ascent of the ascending member to generate a damping force and perform an energy regeneration operation during a stroke in a damping force mode, and transfers a force in an ascending direction of the ascending member to actively control a damping force during a stroke in an active mode.

    본 발명은 피스톤 밸브에 의해 압축챔버 및 인장챔버로 분할되는 실린더와, 상기 압축챔버와 연결되며, 상기 피스톤 밸브의 압축 행정시 상기 압축챔버의 유체가 내부로 유입되는 제1연결챔버와, 상기 제1연결챔버의 상부에 이격 위치된 상태에서 상기 인장챔버와 연결되며, 상기 피스톤 밸브의 인장 행정시 상기 인장챔버의 유체가 내부로 유입되는 제2연결챔버와, 상기 제1연결챔버와 제2연결챔버의 사이에서 승강 가능하며, 하단의 하부 피스톤이 상기 제1연결챔버의 내부를 상실과 하실로 분할하는 반면 상단의 상부 피스톤이 상기 제2연결챔버의 내부를 상실과 하실로 분할하는 승강부재 및, 상기 승강부재의 측단과 유기적으로 연결되며, 감쇠력 모드로 행정시 상기 승강부재의 승강과 연동하여 감쇠력을 발생시킴과 동시에 에너지 회생 동작을 하는 반면, 엑티브 모드로 행정시 상기 승강부재의 승강 방향으로 힘을 전달하여 감쇠력을 능동 제어하는 모터를 포함한다.
