The present invention relates to a wheel stopper for a cargo vehicle, which prevents a cargo vehicle parked in a loading dock from arbitrarily moving. The wheel stopper for a cargo vehicle includes: a side pole installed on the bottom of the loading dock loading a cargo and extended in an entering direction of the cargo vehicle; a rack extended along the side pole and having multiple locking grooves formed at constant intervals; a guide rail extended along the side pole; a slider installed to move along the guide rail; and a lever connected to the slider by a hinge to rotate to a locking position in which the lever is inserted into the locking groove and an unlocking position in which the lever is escaped from the locking groove. The wheel stopper for a cargo vehicle enables the slider to move along the guide rail as the lever escapes from the locking groove when the lever is rotated to the unlocking position. On the other hand, when the lever is rotated to the locking position, the lever is fixed to the locking position by being inserted into the locking groove. In addition, a part of the lever is inserted between wheels of the cargo vehicle at same time. Therefore, the wheel stopper for a cargo vehicle prevents the cargo vehicle from moving.
