A tube infrastructure of the present invention comprises: a first tube; a second tube coupled to the first tube; and a fluid tank provided to surround a coupling area of the first tube and the second tube, filled with fluid therein, and providing a sealed state with respect to the coupling area, wherein the inside of the first tube and the second tube maintain negative pressures.

    본 발명의 튜브 인프라 구조물은 제 1 튜브; 제 1 튜브에 결합된 제 2 튜브; 및 제 1 튜브와 제 2 튜브의 결합영역을 에워싸도록 배치되며, 내부에 유체가 충진되어, 결합영역에 대한 밀폐 상태를 제공하는 유체 탱크를 포함하되, 제 1 튜브 및 제 2 튜브 내부는 음압이 유지되도록 한다.
