본 발명은 벨트와, 벨트에 안착되어 물은 여과시키되 조류는 여과시키지 않는 필터매체를 무한루프 회전하도록 구성됨과 동시에 수자원으로부터 직접 물을 펌핑하여 벨트로 공급함으로써 필터매체의 이동에 따라 조류에 함유된 물이 여과되어 수자원으로부터 조류를 신속하고 효율적으로 제거할 수 있고, 물을 흡입하는 덕트부를 벨트의 하부에 설치하되, 벨트의 폭 방향으로 복수개의 진공 트레이들을 설치함으로써 벨트에 안착되는 필터매체로 가해지는 흡입력이 한곳에 집중되지 않고 분산되어 필터매체가 폭 상에서 균일한 압력을 받아 탈수의 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있으며, 조류가 탈수될 때 엉킴 현상이 발생하는 특성을 감안하여 탈수된 조류가 추출구간(S) 시 해당 구간의 필터매체로 진동운동을 발생시키는 진동부와, 해당 구간의 필터매체로 세척수를 고압 분사시키는 세척부를 포함함으로써 필터매체인 부직포의 섬유질과 조류의 미세입자들이 엉켜 조류가 필터매체에 달라붙는 문제점을 획기적으로 해결할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 필터매체의 투수성을 지속적으로 유지하여 공정효율을 높일 수 있고, 조류가 함유된 물이 호퍼에 수용될 때 조류가 물의 상부에 집중되는 특성을 감안하여, 호퍼의 내부에 수용된 물을 혼합시키는 혼합부를 포함함으로써 호퍼에 수용된 물의 조류를 균일하게 분산시켜 호퍼의 하부에 형성되는 배출구로 조류가 용이하게 배출시킬 수 있는 고효율 조류 제거장치에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a high efficiency apparatus for removing algae. A belt and a filter medium which is seated on the belt to filter water and does not filter algae are rotated in an endless loop, and water is directly pumped from water resources to supply the water to the belt to filter water contained in algae by movement of the filter medium to quickly and efficiently remove the algae from the water resources. A duct unit for sucking water is installed on a lower portion of the belt, and a plurality vacuum trays are installed in a width direction of the belt to disperse a suction force applied to the filter medium seated on the belt without being concentrated on one location to allow the filter medium to receive a uniform pressure on the width to maximize dehydrating efficiency. A property of tangling when algae is dehydrated is taken into consideration to include a vibration unit to create a vibratory movement to the filter medium in a corresponding section when dehydrated algae enters an extraction section (S), and a washing unit to spray washing water to the filter medium in the corresponding section at a high pressure to drastically resolve a problem where fiber of felt which is the filter medium and fine particles of algae are tangled to allow the algae to be attached to the filter medium and continuously maintain permeability of the filter medium to increase process efficiency. A property of algae being concentrated in an upper portion of water when water contained in the algae is accommodated in a hopper is taken into consideration to include a mixing unit to mix the water accommodated in the hopper to uniformly disperse the algae of the water accommodated in the hopper to easily discharge the algae through an outlet formed on a lower portion of the hopper.
