The present invention relates to a system for a video surveillance of traction line facility deformation, and more specifically, to a system for a video surveillance of traction line facility deformation, which image-processes videos capturing traction line facilities to inspect deformation or damage of the traction line facilities in real time, generates a reference value (including interval between traction lines and horizontal pipes, or the like) for maintenance of traction line facilities, and through the image process, measures and stores measuring values for inspection items for maintenance of the traction line facilities, and analyzes data and manages histories. According to the present invention, the system uses an existing captured image of traction line facilities to calculate measuring values for major maintenance reference points, utilizes the generated reference values to maintenance to reduce errors by actual measurement (nighttime field work/work error or the like), and provides convenience for field workers.

    본 발명은 전차선로시설물 변형 영상감시 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전차선로시설물을 촬영한 영상을 이미지 처리하여 전차선로시설물의 변형 및 파손을 실시간으로 검사할 수 있도록 하고, 전차선로시설물의 유지보수를 위한 기준값(전차선과 수평파이프 간의 간격 등)을 생성하며, 전차선로시설물의 유지보수를 위한 점검항목들에 대한 측정값을 이미지 처리를 통해 측정, 저장, 데이터 분석 및 이력을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 전차선로시설물 변형 영상감시 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 전차선로시설물에 대해 기존 촬영한 영상을 이용하여 유지보수 주요 기준점에 대한 측정값을 계산할 수 있고, 생성된 기준값을 유지보수에 활용하여 실측에 의한 오차(야간 현장작업/작업오류 등)를 줄이고 현장 작업자에게 편의를 제공해 줄 수 있는 효과가 있다.
