The present invention provides a rubber composite of a heavy tire. According to the present invention, the rubber composite of a heavy tire comprises: carbon black made of material rubber and a reinforcing material; and a sulfate-based process material reacting to a double bond of the material rubber, and capable of being amide-coupled to the carbon black. Therefore, coupling characteristics between a material rubber composite and the reinforcing material are improved to secure appropriate material properties advantageous for low fuel consumption tire performance, and at the same time, improve wear resistance performance.

    본 발명은 중하중용 타이어고무조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 중하중용 타이어고무조성물은 원료고무와 보강재로 카본블랙과, 상기 원료고무의 이중결합과 반응하고, 카본블랙과 아마이드결합을 할 수 있는 설페이트계 공정조제를 포함하는 특징이 있는데, 이에 의할 때, 중하중용 원료고무조성물과 보강재와의 결합성을 향상시켜 저연비 타이어 성능에 유리한 적정 물성을 확보하는 동시에, 내마모 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
