The present invention relates to a marine refraction seismic wave survey system, performing a control command of a sound source and a data recording device when a marine refraction seismic wave survey is performed by including a blasting time synchronization system, which comprises: a GPS receiver; a micro controller receiving a pulse per second (PPS) signal from the GPS receiver in accordance with start signal input by a user and independently transferring the PPS signal as a command signal per every predetermined time interval; and a key signal interval controller setting the time interval.

    본 발명은 GPS 수신부와, 사용자에 의한 시작신호 입력에 따라 GPS 수신부로부터 PPS(Pulse per Second) 신호를 전송받으며, 명령신호로서 PPS 신호를 미리 입력된 시간 간격마다 독립적으로 전송하는 마이크로 컨트롤러(Micro controller), 및 상기 시간 간격을 설정하는 명령신호 인터벌 컨트롤러(Key signal interval controller)로 구성되는 발파시간 동기화 장치를 포함하여, 해양 굴절법 탄성파 탐사 수행 시 음원과 자료 기록 장치의 제어명령을 최소의 시간 오차로 수행할 수 있는 해양 굴절법 탄성파 탐사시스템에 관한 것이다.
