[해결수단] 와인딩 칼라(40)는 수지제 부시(90)가 압입되어 접합 부재에 용접에 의해 접합되는 철제의 와인딩 칼라이다. 와인딩 칼라는 중공 원통 형상으로 성형 된 본체부(50)와, 본체의 양 단면을 감합에 의해 접합하는 클린치부를 구비한다. 와인딩 칼라는 본체부의 환상 가장자리(53)의 일부를 잘라내어 형성되고 용접시 본체의 위치를 결정하는 볼록 치구가 끼워지는 노치부(70)를 갖는다. 와인딩 칼라는 노치부의 주위의 벽면에 내주면 측에서 함몰되어 형성되고 노치부의 내주면 측의 가장자리부(71)와 압입되는 수지제 부시 사이에 간극(81)을 형성하는 함몰부(80)를 갖는다.
[Problem] To prevent damage to the surface of a resin bush caused by press-fitting, even when a configuration for positioning during welding is added. [Solution] A steel winding collar (40) to which a resin bush (90) is press-fitted, and which is joined to a joining member by welding. The winding collar includes a main body (50) that is formed in a hollow tubular shape, and a clinch part that is formed by joining both end surfaces of the main body by engaging both end surfaces with each other. The winding collar includes a notch (70) that is formed by cutting out part of an annular edge (53) of the main body, and into which a protruding jig for main body positioning during welding is fitted. The winding collar includes a cavity (80) that is formed in a circumferential wall surface of the notch and is depressed from the inner circumferential surface side thereof, and that forms a clearance (81) between an edge part (71) of the inner circumferential surface side of the notch and the resin bush which is press-fitted.
