본 발명은 연료전지차량에 설치되는 연료전지 스택의 열화 정도를 진단하는 열화 진단시스템 및 진단방법에 관한 것으로서, 히터장치에 설치되는 진단용 저항체와 이를 통해 일어나는 전압강하 현상의 흐름을 파악하여 연료전지 스택의 열화 내지 이상을 파악할 수 있는 연료전지제어부를 포함한다.
