The present invention provides a rain sensor including an aspheric lens. According to an aspect of the present invention, the rain sensor provided in an internal side portion of a front windshield of a vehicle comprises: a light emitting unit emitting light; a light receiving unit accommodating the light emitted from the light emitting unit; a light emitting unit light blocking module accommodating the light emitting unit therein, and provided with a light emitting lens unit converting the light emitted from the light emitting unit to be parallel; a reflection unit slantingly emitting the light to the windshield when the light converted to be parallel from the light emitting lens unit is incident, and emitting the light to the light receiving unit in parallel when the light is reflected from the windshield to be slantingly incident; and an aspheric lens formed to protrude in an opposite direction of the windshield in the reflection unit. Therefore, the light reflected from the windshield can be refracted to the light receiving unit.

    본 발명은 비구면 렌즈를 포함하는 레인센서를 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 차량의 전면 윈드실드의 내면부에 구비되는 레인센서는, 빛을 방출하는 발광부; 기 발광부에서 방출된 빛을 수용하는 수광부; 상기 발광부를 내부에 수용하며, 상기 발광부에서 방출된 빛을 평행하게 변환시키는 발광렌즈부를 구비하는 발광부 광차단모듈; 상기 발광렌즈부로부터 평행 변환된 빛이 입사되면, 상기 윈드실드로 비스듬하게 출사시키거나, 상기 윈드실드로부터 반사되어 비스듬하게 빛이 입사되면, 상기 수광부 측으로 평행하게 빛을 출사시키는 반사부; 및 상기 반사부에는, 상기 윈드실드의 반대 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 비구면 렌즈가 구비되어 상기 윈드실드로부터 반사된 빛을 상기 수광부로 굴절시킬 수 있다.
