The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoy for foam molding and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to an eco-friendly buoy for foam molding, which is molded through a process of coating a foam body with a coating member in a mold, wherein the foam body is formed by molding a half thereof to form a plurality of hollows therein and then being integrally formed in a cylindrical shape by butt in a state of being double-molded from the outside; and a manufacturing method thereof. The eco-friendly buoy is foamed with expanded polypropylene to form a hollow inside and have fixing grooves on both sides of the outer diameter thereof, is molded in half, is melt-bonded with each other with an adhesive, and coated with a coating member on the outer surface thereof. The present invention foams an inner hollow forming foam body (21), which forms a hollow (24) with a transverse reinforcement band (22) and a plurality of longitudinal reinforcement bands (23), with expanded polypropylene; foams an outer foam body (25) on the outer diameter with expanded polypropylene by supplying the inner hollow forming foam body (21); bonds the outer foam body (25) to be formed in a cylindrical shape; coats the outer foam body (25) with a coating member (40) wherein the coating member (40) is formed into polypropylene and is stretched and welded with a two-line weld line (42) at a welding part (41); thermally shrinks the coating member (40) by heat from a mold heating device in a coating mold; and integrally wraps and fixes the outer foam body (25) by the coating member (40). The eco-friendly buoy of the present invention is able to provide rigidity against wave and shock since an outer diameter of a cylindrical foam body is coated with a coating member made of polypropylene.

    본 발명은 발포 성형용 친환경 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내부에 다수개의 중공이 형성되도록 절반을 성형한 후 외측에서 이중으로 성형한 상태에서 맞대기로 원통형의 일체형이 되도록 결합한 발포체를 금형에서 코팅부재를 코팅에 의해 코팅하는 과정을 통하여 성형되는 발포 성형용 친환경 부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 내부에 중공이 형성되며 외경에 양쪽으로 고정 요홈이 형성되도록 발포 폴리프로필렌으로 발포하여 절반을 성형한 후 서로 접착제와 용융접합하여 외측면을 코팅부재로 코팅하는 친환경 부표에 있어서,가로 보강대(22)와 다수의 세로 보강대(23)로 중공(24)을 형성하는 내부 중공성형 발포체(21)를 발포 폴리프로필렌으로 발포하여 성형한 후 상기 내부 중공성형 발포체(21)를 공급하여 외경에 외부 발포체(25)를 발포 폴리프로필렌으로 발포 성형하고, 상기 외부 발포체(25)를 원통형이 되도록 접합 성형하며, 폴리프로필렌으로 성형하여 연신한 후 용접부(41)에서 2줄 용접선(42)이 용접되는 코팅부재(40)를 외부 발포체(25)에 씌워 코팅 성형금형에서 금형 가열장치로부터 가열에 의해 코팅부재(40)가 열수축되어 외부 발포체(25)를 일체형으로 감싸 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
