The present invention relates to an unmanned airplane transmission heat radiator. According to the present invention, a connection member for airplane arm-motor coupling is configured in the form of a sealed container, a transmission is inserted into the connection member and insulating fluid filling is performed for transmission heat dissipation. As a result, a heat dissipating plate integrated with the transmission is unnecessary, and thus volume and weight reduction can be achieved. In the unmanned airplane transmission heat radiator of the present invention, the connection member is provided at a tip of an arm protruding from a base body, a motor having a wing is mounted on the upper surface or the lower surface of the connection member, and the transmission is incorporated in the connection member. The connection member is open on the upper surface or the upper and lower surfaces and is sealed by a cover. The connection member is made of an aluminum material having excellent heat dissipation properties. The connection member incorporates the transmission including a circuit board and circuit components. The connection member is filled with the insulating fluid such that the heat of the transmission is transferred to the connection member.

    본 발명은 비행기의 아암에 모터를 결합시키는 연결부재가 밀폐용기 형태로 구성되고, 상기 연결부재에 변속기를 넣고 절연유체를 채워서 상기 변속기의 방열이 이뤄지도록 함으로써, 상기 변속기에 일체형으로 구비되는 방열판이 불필요하므로 부피가 줄어들고 무게가 경감되는 무인비행기의 변속기 방열장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 기체에서 돌출되는 아암의 선단에 연결부재가 구비되고, 상기 연결부재의 윗면 또는 아랫면에 날개를 갖는 모터가 장착되며, 상기 연결부재에는 변속기가 내장되는 무인비행기의 변속기 방열장치에 있어서, 상기 연결부재는 윗면 또는 윗면과 아랫면이 개방되고 커버를 통하여 밀봉되며, 방열성이 우수한 알루미늄 재질로 구성되고; 상기 연결부재에는 회로기판과 회로부품으로 이뤄진 변속기가 내장되고; 상기 연결부재에는 절연유체가 채워져서 상기 변속기의 열이 상기 연결부재로 전열되도록 한 특징이 있다.
