본 발명은 차량용 범퍼 백빔의 제조방법 및 그 제조방법으로 제작된 차량용 범퍼 백빔에 관한 것으로, 연속섬유 열가소성수지를 이용해서 차량용 박뱀을 제작할 때에 인접한 연속섬유 강화 열가소성 플라스틱 로드(30,40)끼리 면접촉을 이루어서 오븐(13) 통과후에 접합력에 산포가 발생되지 않게 되고, 이후에 프레스 금형(15)으로 완제품의 백빔 제작시에 물성치에 변화가 발생되지 않도록 된 것이다.
