The present invention relates to a helium gas filled exploring apparatus, comprising: an umbrella shaped kite with an eccentric center; and a plurality of buoyancy chambers provided within the kite, thereby capable of maintaining a vertical state even in a strong wind. The present invention provides the helium gas filled exploring apparatus which includes the umbrella shaped kite with the eccentric center and the buoyancy chambers filling the inside of the kite so as to maintain the vertical state even in the strong wind. In addition, the present invention is able to better maintain the helium gas filled exploring apparatus in the vertical state by mounting a horizontal pole in a support mounted in the kite.
