According to the present invention, disclosed is a pneumatic tire with a bead having improved durability. The pneumatic tire with a bead having improved durability includes: an apex portion which receives an external force transmitted to the tire at the time of traveling; a bead core portion which adheres to the apex portion to transmit the external force to a cable bead cord; and the cable bead core surrounded by the bead core portion to absorb the external force. The bead core portion is divided into an upper core portion and a lower core portion having an upper engrave groove and a lower engrave groove to form an engrave groove corresponding to an external shape of the cable bead core disposed therebetween. At least one coupling groove and at least one coupling protrusion are provided on a surface facing the upper core portion and the lower core portion. According to the present invention, it is possible to solve the problem that air is contained when forming a bead into which an annular cable bead core is inserted, thereby ensuring the durability and securing the gauge uniformity of the bead.

    본 발명은 비드부의 내구성이 우수한 공기입 타이어를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따르는 비드부의 내구성이 우수한 공기입 타이어는 주행시 타이어에 전해지는 외력을 전달받는 에이펙스부와 에이펙스부에 밀착되어 케이블비드코드로 외력을 전달하는 고무인 비드코어부와 비드코어부로 둘러싸여 외력을 흡수하는 케이블비드코어를 포함하는 공기입 타이어에 있어서, 상기 비드코어부는 상부코어부와 하부코어부로 분할되어, 그 사이에 배치되는 케이블비드코어의 외형에 대응되는 음각홈을 형성하도록 각각 상음각홈과 하음각홈을 구비하며, 상부코어부와 하부코어부와 대면하는 면에는 결합홈과 결합돌기가 적어도 하나씩 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는데, 이에 의할 때, 원환형 케이블비드코어를 내입하는 비드의 성형시 공기가 함유되는 문제를 근본적으로 해결하여 내구성 확보하고, 비드의 게이지 균일성을 담보할 수 있다.
