복수개의 배터리셀이 내장되어 있는 배터리팩; 상기 배터리팩의 일측면에 마련되며 내부에 전해질을 포함하는 전해질박스; 일측면은 용매가 유입될 수 있는 용매유입부가 형성되고 타측면은 상기 전해질박스와 배터리팩을 관통할 수 있도록 돌출부가 형성된 관통장치; 및 상기 배터리팩에 손상이 발생하는 경우 상기 관통장치를 상기 전해질박스측으로 이동시켜 상기 전해질박스를 관통시키고 상기 돌출부가 상기 배터리팩 일측면을 관통하여 배터리팩 내부에 진입할 수 있도록 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 배터리팩 안전 장치가 소개된다.

The safety device for a battery pack includes a battery pack having a plurality of battery cells; an electrolyte box provided on one side of the battery pack and including an electrolyte; a penetration device which has a solvent inflow part on one side and a protruding part on the other side so as to penetrate the electrolyte box and the battery pack; and a control part which moves the penetration device to the electrolyte box to penetrate the electrolyte box and allows the protruding part to penetrate through one side of the battery pack and enter the battery pack, when damage to the battery pack occurs. It is possible to minimize an electric shock and secondary fire caused by the battery pack.
