The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automobile emblem which has a metallic texture and a silver opalescence, and does not disturb electric wave reception of an automobile front radar; and a method of manufacturing the automobile emblem. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method, as a method of manufacturing an emblem which is disposed on the front surface of an automobile to represent a specific shape, comprises: a first step of injection molding a polyester-based resin to obtain a first workpiece; a second step of annealing the first workpiece at a first temperature condition to obtain a second workpiece; a third step of coating the second workpiece with a first coating agent, i.e., a UV resin or epoxy series resin to obtain a third workpiece; a fourth step of irradiating a first light amount of UV onto the third workpiece so that the first coating agent of the third workpiece is cured, thereby obtaining a fourth workpiece; a fifth step of sputtering the fourth workpiece so that a metal color paint is deposited on the surface of the fourth workpiece, thereby obtaining a fifth workpiece; a sixth step of laser etching one side of the fifth workpiece into the specific shape to obtain a sixth workpiece; a seventh step of black painting the sixth workpiece with a first paint to obtain a seventh workpiece; an eighth step of bond painting the seventh workpiece with a second paint to obtain an eighth workpiece; a ninth step of insert injecting the eighth workpiece along with a polyvinyl-based resin to obtain a ninth workpiece; a tenth step of coating the ninth workpiece with a second coating agent, i.e., a UV resin or an epoxy series resin to obtain a tenth workpiece; and an eleventh step of irradiating a second light amount of UV onto the tenth workpiece so that the second coating agent of the tenth workpiece is cured, thereby obtaining the automobile emblem.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 자동차 엠블럼 제조방법은, 자동차 전면에 배치되어 특정 형상을 표시하는 엠블럼을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리에스테르계 수지를 사출 성형하여 제1 공정물을 획득하는 제1 단계, 상기 제1 공정물을 제1 온도의 조건에서 어닐링하여 제2 공정물을 획득하는 제2 단계, 상기 제2 공정물을 UV 레진 또는 에폭시 계열의 수지인 제1 코팅제로 코팅하여 제3 공정물을 획득하는 제3 단계, 상기 제3 공정물의 상기 제1 코팅제가 경화되도록 제1 광량의 UV로 조사하여 제4 공정물을 획득하는 제4 단계, 상기 제4 공정물의 표면에 금속색 도료가 증착되도록 스퍼터링 하여 제5 공정물을 획득하는 제5 단계, 상기 제5 공정물의 일측면을 상기 특정 형상으로 레이져 식각하여 제6 공정물을 획득하는 제6 단계, 상기 제6 공정물을 제1 도료로 블랙도장하여 제7 공정물을 획득하는 제7 단계, 상기 제7 공정물을 제2 도료로 접합도장하여 제8 공정물을 획득하는 제8 단계, 상기 제8 공정물을 폴리비닐계 수지와 인서트 사출하여 제9 공정물을 획득하는 제9 단계, 상기 제9 공정물을 UV 레진 또는 에폭시 계열의 수지인 제2 코팅제로 코팅하여 제10 공정물을 획득하는 제10 단계 및 상기 제10 공정물의 상기 제2 코팅제가 경화되도록 제2 광량의 UV로 조사하여 자동차 엠블럼을 획득하는 제11 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
