The present invention relates to a flying device comprising: one or more wings performing relative motion with respect to a body by a driving source to generate uplift force, wherein one or more air gates installed on the wing comprise an opening formed in a frame of the wing and a valve installed on a part of the periphery of the opening to downwardly open/close the opening in accordance with an air flow. According to the present invention, two or more crank devices are installed in the body. Each crank body comprises a horizontally extended crankshaft and a crank pin to perform circular motion while revolving on the crankshaft along a circle inside a motion surface perpendicular to the crankshaft, and at least one of the crank devices is a driving crank device to receive driving force of the driving source. Accordingly, two or more crank pins and two or more connection parts of the wing are coupled to be able to be hovered, thereby allowing the wing to take a leveled posture. Moreover, the wing is operated to perform a leveled vertical circular motion, which performs circular motion in accordance with revolving of the crank pin, while maintaining the leveled posture.
