According to the present invention, an interface device for controlling a multimedia system of a vehicle comprises: an air plasma generation unit continuously or periodically irradiating a pulse laser beam to a predetermined space to generate at least one air plasma; a touch recognition unit recognizing touched areas when one of the at least one air plasma is touched; and an execution unit executing commands corresponding to the touched areas.

    본 발명에 따른 차량의 밀티미디어 시스템 조작용 인터페이스 장치는, 미리 설정된 공간에 펄스 레이저를 연속적 또는 주기적으로 조사하여 하나 이상의 에어 플라즈마를 생성하는 에어 플라즈마 생성부; 상기 하나 이상의 에어 플라즈마 중 어느 하나가 터치되면, 터치된 영역을 인식하는 터치 인식부; 및 상기 터치된 영역에 대응하는 명령을 실행하는 실행부;를 포함할 수 있다.
